川芎嗪注射液联合低分子肝素钙辅治慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期疗效观察

目的探讨川芎嗪注射液联合低分子肝素钙辅治慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期的临床效果。方法将慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期患者64例随机分为观察组和对照组,各32例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予川芎嗪注射液联合低分子肝素钙治疗。比较2组临床疗效及氧分压(PaO2)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、血浆黏度、低切黏度、高切黏度和血小板黏度率。结果观察组总有效率为96.88%高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者PaO2、SaO2及PaCO2均较治疗前改善(P<0.05);治疗后观察组PaO2、SpO2及PaCO2水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者血浆黏度、低切黏度、高切黏度及血小板黏度率均较治疗前改善(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血浆黏度、低切黏度、高切黏度及血小板黏度率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组均未见明显的药物不良反应。结论川芎嗪注射液联合低分子肝素钙辅治慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期效果显著,不良反应少,值得推广应用。

The effect observation of ligustrazine hydrochloride injection combined with low molecular heparin calcium in acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease

Objective To investigate the effect of ligustrazine hydrochloride injection combined with low molecular heparin calcium in acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods 64 cases patients with acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease were divided into the observation group and the control group,each of 32 cases.The control group received the normal treatment,and the observation group received the treatment of ligustrazine hydrochloride injection combined with low molecular heparin calcium.Compared the clinical efficacy and partial pressure of oxygen（PaO2）,oxygen saturation（SpO2）,carbon dioxide partial pressure（PaCO2）,plasma viscosity,low shear viscosity,high shear viscosity and sticky platelets degree rate of two groups.Results The total efficiency of observation group（96.88%） was higher than that of control group（75.00%）,there was significant difference（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the level of PaO2,SpO2 and PaCO2 of two groups improved（P〈0.05）;The level of PaO2,SpO2 and PaCO2 of the observation group were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,plasma viscosity,low shear viscosity,high viscosity,shear viscosity and platelet rate of two groups improved（P〈0.05）;And plasma viscosity,low shear viscosity,high shear viscosity and platelet viscosity rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.No significant adverse drug reactions happened in two groups.Conclusion Ligustrazine hydrochloride injection combined with low molecular heparin calcium in acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease has obvious effect,it is worth being used widely.
