依达拉奉对急性脑出血患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶浓度的影响

目的观察依达拉奉注射液对急性脑出血患者血清中神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)浓度的影响,评价依达拉奉注射液对急性脑出血的疗效。方法将50例脑出血患者随机分为常规治疗组和依达拉奉注射液治疗组,观察患者治疗前和治疗第3、7、14、21d血清中NSE浓度变化和神经功能缺损评分变化,观察依达拉奉注射液的影响。结果依达拉奉注射液治疗第3d时,该组患者血清中NSE浓度明显下降,低于常规治疗组(P<0.05),至治疗第14d时仍低于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。依达拉奉注射液治疗组患者神经功能缺损评分明显少于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉注射液对急性脑出血患者的神经元有保护作用,能有效改善神经功能缺损。

Effect of edaravone injection on neuron-specific enolase in serum of patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the effect of edaravone injection on neuron-specific enolase in serum of patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods 50 intracerebral hemorrhage patients were randomly divided into routine therapy group and edaravone injection therapy group,and the development of NSE level in serum and the neurological deficit scores of patients from both groups before therapy,3d,7d,14d and 21d were monitored to observe the effect of edaravone injection.Results The NES levels in serum of edaravone treating group significantly decreased at 3d compared with that in routine therapy group(P<0.05). The neurological deficit scores in edaravone treating group significantly lower than that in routine therapy group(P<0.05).Conclu- sion Edaravone injection can protect brain tissue in acute intracerebral hemorrhage patients and lessen nerve function impaiment.
