| 摘 要： | 目的 研究垂直牵张成骨在下颌骨牙槽嵴增高的应用。方法 分别在6只狗的下颌骨无牙区，应用牵引装置，垂直牵张牙槽嵴。结果 经过1周的牵张、3周和6周固定后，牙槽嵴平均垂直增高7mm，X线片及连续切片显示，牵引部分有骨形成，牙槽嵴增高可靠。结论 狗下颌骨通过垂直牵张后，牵张区是可靠的膜内成骨。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the use of distraction osteogenesis for alveolar ridge augmentation.Methods A distraction device was applied and the alveolar ridge was distracted vertically at edentulous mandibular quadrant.Results The vertical augmentation averaged 7mm after 1 week of distracting and 3 weeks or 6 weeks of stabilizing.X-rays and histology showed that bone had formed between the distracted segments,creating an reliable augmented ridge.Conclusion Mandibular alveolar ridge augmentation is reliable intramenbranous ossification in the dog using distraction osteogenesis. |
