| 摘 要： | 目的 了解糖尿病患者尿中 5种微量蛋白与其病程的关系。方法 用Beckman的Arrray36 0特定蛋白散射仪测定 75例 2型糖尿病患者 (2 DM )尿中的免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、白蛋白 (Alb)、α1 微球蛋白(α1M )、β2 微球蛋白 (β2 M )和转铁蛋白 (TRF)。结果 随着糖尿病病程的进展 ,尿中 5种微量蛋白除 β2 M外均有显著升高 (P <0 0 5和P <0 0 1) ,α1M最为显著。结论 尿中微量蛋白可作为糖尿病肾病 (DN)早期诊断的敏感指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigation the relationship between five kinds of urinary microprotein and the course of disease in diabetics.Methods The levels of urinary immnuglobulin G(IgG),albumin(Alb),α_1-microglobulin(α_1M),β_2-microglobulin(β_2M),and transferrin(TRF) in 75 cases of the patients with type 2-diabetes were examined by nephelometry.Results With development of the course of disease,five kinds of urinary microprotein,except β_2M,increased significantly(P<0.01 and P<0.05),and α_1M especially does.Conclusion Urinary microprotein can be regarded as sensitive indexes for early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy. |
