| 摘 要： | 目的 观察早期“强制性使用”运动疗法在急性脑卒中患者偏瘫肢体功能康复的作用。方法 选择 2 18例急性脑卒中患者随机分为强制运动康复组 110例和对照组 10 8例 ,并对两组进行分析。结果 康复治疗后偏瘫肢体功能用Fugi meyer和日常生活评价 (ADL)的Barttel指数记分评定。两组有显著差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 早期“强制性使用”运动疗法对脑卒中的运动功能是一种有效康复方法 ,对促进肢体运动功能的恢复 ,提高患者的生活自理能力 ,从而改善患者的生活质量 ,预防各种并发症及继发性残疾有着重要的意义

| Abstract: | Objective Observation of effects of the hemiplegic limb function rehabilitation in the patients with acute stroke by motor treatment of early "forced used".Methods 218 case with acute stroke were randomly divided into forced movement rehabilitation group(110 case) and control group (108 case) and analysizd.Results After rehabilitation treatment,the hemiplegic limb function in the patients were assessed with Fugi meyer and Barttel index of activities of daily living (ADL),difference of two group is a significant (P<0 01)?Conclusions This study showed that motor treatment of early "forced used"is more effective for the rehabilitation of hemiplegic limb.In order to promote replace of motion functon,own living ability,improve living quality,preventive all kinds of complication and secondary disablement,motor treatment of early"forced used"has important significance |
