| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颌突上皮和成釉器上皮在E12.5颌突外胚间充质细胞向牙齿样结构形成中的作用。方法切取E12.5大鼠下颌突,将纯化的外胚间充质细胞(A组)、颌突上皮细胞+外胚间充质细胞(B组)、成釉器上皮+外胚间充质细胞(C组)、成釉器上皮(D组)与明胶海绵支架复合,分别植入大鼠肾被膜下,4周后收获移植物,对移植物进行组织学观察。结果种植4周,颌突上皮+外胚间充质细胞在肾被膜下体积长大,形成牙本质-牙髓复合体样结构。成釉器上皮+外胚间充质细胞在肾被膜下体积增大,形成含牙釉质、牙本质-牙髓复合体样结构。成釉器上皮形成类骨样结构,纯化的外胚间充质细胞团植入肾被膜下后不能生长,细胞团块被吸收消失。结论牙源性上皮(颌突上皮和成釉器上皮)在E12.5颌突外胚间充质细胞向牙齿样结构形成中起决定作用,晚期牙源性上皮(成釉器上皮)可能仍蕴含成牙信息。
