68家艾滋病实验室室间质评结果分析

目的了解绍兴市艾滋病实验室HIV抗体检测质量，探讨存在的问题，提高检测质量。方法每年对辖区内有资质的艾滋病实验室进行盲样考核，分析2005--2012年室间质量考评结果。结果参评实验室数量8年间增加126．67％，增加的实验室以医疗机构为主。检测试剂以国产第三、四代为主，部分使用进口第四代试剂。定性结果判断正确率100．00％，每年定量结果满意率≥90．00％，但相应的原始记录和室内质控还不够规范。结论通过实验室室问质评反映本市的艾滋病抗体检测水平总体较好，证明实验室检测系统的准确性和可靠性，但质量控制和规范化管理还有待提高。

An Analysis on the Results of External Quality Assessment for 68 HIV Screening Laboratories

Objective To assess the quality of HIV antibody testing in HIV screening laboratories in Shaoxing. Methods Blind sample test were conducted in qualified AIDS laboratories annually from 2005 to 2012. Results of external quality assessment were analyzed. Results The number of participated laboratories has increased 126.67% during the past 8 years, which were mainly contributed by medical institutions. Most laboratories used 3rd or 4th generation domestic reagents. A few of them used the 4th generation imported reagents. The correct rate of qualitative results was 100% and the satisfactory rate of quantitative results was 90%. However, the original records and quality control had not been standardized. Conclusion The HIV testing system is satisfying in Shaoxing, although its quality control and standardization management need to be improved.
