孕34周前未足月胎膜早破的临床护理

目的 探讨未足月妊娠胎膜早破的临床护理的方法和意义.方法 对我院2010年1月至2011年1月期间收治的22例孕34周前未足月胎膜早破的孕妇进行临床护理,包括一般护理、心理护理和分娩期的护理.结果 孕妇保胎时间3～11d,平均（7.5±3.5）d.22例患者经临床治疗和护理后,阴道分娩19例,阴道分娩率86.4％；剖宫产3例,剖宫产率13.6％.新生儿Apgar评分＜5分1例,5～7分的15例,＞7分的8例.无发生急性绒毛膜羊膜炎和产褥感染.结论 未足月妊娠胎膜早破是围生期常见的并发症,特别是孕34周前的胎膜早破对围产儿的危害更大.因此,进行护理干预对减少母儿围生期并发症的发生有重要意义.

Clinical Care for Premature Rupture of Fetal Membranes Before 34 Gestational Weeks

Objective To evaluate the methods and effect of clinical care for premature rupture of fetal membranes before 34 gestational weeks. Methods Twenty-two cases of premature fetal rupture of membranes before 34 gestational weeks during Jan 2010 and Jan 2011 received clinical care including normal nursing, mental nursing and nursing during childbirth. Results The gestation periods extended from 3 - 11 d, on the average of （7.5 ± 3.5） d. 19 of the 22 patients （86.4%） succeeded in vaginal delivery and the left 3 （13.6%） ended in cesarean section delivery. In terms of Newborn Apgar Scores, there were 1 case （〈5）, 15 cases （5 - 7） and 8 cases （〉7） respectively. Neither case of acute chorioamnionitis nor case of puerperal infection happened. Conclusions Clinical care is helpful for premature rupture of fetal membranes before 34 gestational weeks.
