中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变患者免疫功能的测定

本文对35例中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜变患者进行了非特异性血清免疫学检测,发现淋巴细胞转化率降低,血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM均有不同程度的增高,血循环免疫复合物增高,补体C_4下降,抗核抗体阴性,提示本病有免疫异常,即细胞免疫功能降低,体液免疫功能增高。为什么临床上有些中浆患者应用糖皮质类固醇治疗未引起恶化,这可能和机体免疫功能状态有关。并对中浆病是否应用糖皮质类固醇治疗进行了讨论。

Central serous choridretinopathy and it''''s response to, Immunity

This paper is about the determination in 35 patients by radial immuni of luorescence assay. The results showed that there was cellular immuno - hypofunction, but serum IgG. IgA. IgM. and CIC in various degrees, C became lower. The anti -nuclear antibody was all found negative. These suggested that the disease showed abnormal immunity. But why there was no undesirable results of using corticosteroid? This might be related with the immunity of the organism. Further studies of this problem are required.
