血清HE4与CA125水平与卵巢癌诊断和预后的相关性分析

目的：探讨附睾上皮分泌蛋白4（HE4）与CA125血清水平与卵巢癌诊断和预后的相关性。方法选取卵巢癌患者64例为A组，卵巢良性病变57例为B组，另选取64例健康体检者血清标本为C组。采用ELISA法检测血清HE4水平、电化学发光法检测血清CA125水平，比较3组之间的差异；分析HE4水平对无进展生存期（PFS）有无影响。结果 A组HE4、CA125水平显著高于B、C组（P<0.05），B、C组间无差异（P>0.05）。HE4水平对PFS有显著负性影响（P<0.05）。结论 HE4与CA125联合检测有助于卵巢癌的诊断，高水平HE4提示预后不良。

Correlation between serum HE4 and CA125 levels in diagnosis and prognosis of ovarian cancer

ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between the diagnosis and prognosis of ovarian cancer by detecting the secretion of protein 4(HE4)and CA125 in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.Methods64 cases of ovarian cancer were selected as A group,57 cases of ovarian benign lesions were B group and the serum samples from 64 healthy persons were C group,serum HE4 level was detected by ELISA method and serum CA125 levels were detected by electrochemical luminescence method.ResultsThe levels of CA125 and HE4 in A group were significantly higher than those in group B and C,P<0.05,no difference between B and C,P>0.05. HE4 level has a significant negative effect on PFS,P<0.05.ConclusionThe diagnosis of ovarian cancer was detected by HE4 and CA125,high levels of HE4 suggest poor prognosis.
