生长抑素联合生长激素对重症急性胰腺炎患者C反应蛋白和D-二聚体表达的影响

目的探讨生长抑素联合生长激素对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)患者C反应蛋白(CRP)和D-二聚体的影响。方法回顾性分析我院2008年11月至2011年11月收治的SAP患者63例,按治疗方式分为三组:生长抑素组(A组)、生长激素组(B组)、生长抑素联合生长激素组(C组),比较分析3组治疗前后CRP和D-二聚体的表达水平。结果治疗后C组CRP、D-二聚体与A、B组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生长抑素联合生长激素治疗SAP有一定的优势,可能与抑制CRP、D-二聚体表达有关。

Effects of Somatostatin Combined with Growth Hormone on Expression of C-ReactiveProtein and D-Dimers in Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Objective To investigate the effect of somatostatin combined with growth hormone on expression of C-reactive protein(CRP)and D-dimers in severe acute pancreatitis.Methods 63 cases with severe acute pancreatitis from November 2008 to November 2011 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.They were randomly divided into three groups,somatostatin group(A),growth hormone group(B),and combined group(C)(somatostatin and growth hormone).The expression of CRP and D-dimers were evaluated before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the expression of CRP and D-dimers of C group was significantly different from A or B group(P<0.05).Conclusion Somatostatin combined with growth hormone in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis compared with somatostatin or growth hormone alone has certain advantages,which is possibly through inhibiting CRP and D-dimers expression.
