川崎病免疫发病机制的研究进展

川崎病的发病机制尚不完全清楚,但目前研究趋势认为川崎病是在一定遗传易患性基础上,由外源性抗原触发,引起机体免疫紊乱所致。现重点对免疫因素在川崎病发生、发展中的可能发病机制进行综述,其中包括T、B细胞的异常活化,细胞因子介导的血管损伤,免疫信号转导途径的异常激活等。

Research Progress of the Immune Pathogenesis of Kawasaki Disease

The pathogenesis of Kawasaki disease is not entirely clear,though current research trends argued that Kawasaki disease was based on a certain genetic predisposition,triggered by the exogenous antigen,resulting in the immune disorder.Here is to make a review on the pathogenesis of Kawasaki disease,focusing on immune factors,including the abnormal activation of T,B lymphocytes,cytokine-mediated vascular injury,abnormal activation of immune signal transduction pathway.
