麻醉药物对肿瘤影响的研究新进展

肿瘤是世界各国常见的疾病之一,其有着较高的发生率和病死率,肿瘤治疗的方法多以手术切除为主,而手术治疗可增加肿瘤的复发和转移。近年来研究表明,麻醉药物可影响肿瘤的复发和转移。麻醉药物在治疗肿瘤中的应用越来越广泛,围术期选择合适的麻醉药物可能会降低肿瘤的复发和转移。目前其对肿瘤的影响机制仍未明确,有待进一步探讨。

Research Progress in Effects of Anesthetics on Tumor

Tumor is one of the common diseases of the world,which has a higher incidence and mortality,the treatment of which is mainly resection,but the operation treatment may increase the recurrence and metastasis.Recent studies have shown that,in clinical anesthesia drugs can influence the recurrence and metastasis of tumor,which has been more and more widely used in treating tumors,and suitable perioperative anaesthetic drugs can reduce the recurrence and metastasis,though the mechanism is not very clear so far,waiting for further exploration.
