摘    要:
目的:了解嗜麦芽假单胞菌院内感染的分布特点及耐药情况.方法:检查、鉴定柳州市人民医院内嗜麦芽假单胞菌感染,进行常规药敏试验.结果:嗜麦芽假单胞菌主要感染呼吸道,占71.3%;病区分布以ICU居首位,呼吸内科和神经外科次之,分别占64.4%,17.2%和6.9%;嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌对复方新诺明、左氧氟沙星和米诺环素的耐药率分别为62.1%,16.1%和2.3%.结论:嗜麦芽假单胞菌主要感染呼吸道,主要分布在ICU病房,通常对复方新诺明有耐药性.

Abstract:
Objective: To study the distribution features and antimicrobial resistance of nosocomial infection caused by pseudomonas maltophilia.Methods: Examination,identification of pseudomonas maltophilia infection in Liuzhou people′s hospital was performal,as well as routine susceptibility testing.Results: 71.3% pseudomonas maltophilia were isolated from respiratory tract.ICU(64.4%) was the main endemic area,followed by respiratory department(17.2%) and neurosurgery department(6.9%).Based on the results of drug sensitive test,stenotrophomonas maltophilia to cotrimoxazole,levofloxacin and minocycline resistance rates were 62.1%,16.1% and 2.3%.Conclusions: Nosocomial infection caused by pseudomonas maltophilia mainly distributed in respiratory tract and ICU,usually resistant to cotrimoxazole.
