婴幼儿室间隔缺损合并肺高压的术后护理研究

目的分析婴幼儿室间隔缺损合并肺高压的术后护理措施和护理效果。方法收集婴幼儿室间隔缺损合并肺高压患儿88例作为研究对象,随机分为两组各44例。对照组患儿采用常规护理模式,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上加强呼吸管理、肺动脉高压预防、血液动力学监测等综合护理干预模式,对两组患儿的并发症发生情况、患儿家长满意度、辅助呼吸时间及住院时间进行分析对比。结果观察组患儿并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),患儿的辅助呼吸时间及住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),患儿家长满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予婴幼儿室间隔缺损合并肺高压患儿综合护理干预具有良好的临床效果,能有效降低并发症发生率,提高患儿家长满意度,缩短呼吸辅助呼吸时间及住院时间。

Postoperative Nursing of Children with Ventricular Septal Defect Complicated with Pulmonary Hypertension

Objective To analyze the nursing methods and nursing effects of children with ventricular septal defect complicated with pulmonary hypertension after surgery. Methods 88 children with ventricular septal defect complicated with pulmonary hypertension were randomly divided into two groups, with 44 cases in each group. After surgery, the control group was given routine nursing methods, while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The incidence of complications, parents＇ satisfaction degree, auxiliary breathing time and length of hospital stay were observed. Results The incidence of complications of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group, the auxiliary breathing time and length of hospital stay were significantly shorter than those of control group, and parents＇ satisfaction degree was significantly higher than that of control group; All the differences were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention has significant clinical effect for children with ventricular septal defect complicated with pulmonary hypertension after surgery. It can significantly reduce the incidence of complications, improve parents＇ satisfaction degree, shorten the auxiliary breathing time and length of hospital stay.
