| 摘 要： | 目的观察白藜芦醇对人宫颈癌Hela细胞凋亡的影响。方法采用TUNEL法检测不同浓度的白藜芦醇诱导体外培养的Hela细胞凋亡情况。结果浓度大于50μmol／L的白藜芦醇处理Hela细胞后，细胞凋亡特征明显可见，并呈时间和剂量依赖关系。结论白藜芦醇对人宫颈癌Hela细胞有明显的促凋亡作用。

| Abstract: | Objective： Observe the effect of rcsveratrol on apoptosis of human cervical carcinoma Hela cells. Methods： to be detected by TUNEL method the situation of Hela cell apoptosis in vitro which treated with different concentration resveratrol. Results： When Heal cells was treated with more than 50μmol/L concentration resveratrol, features of apoptosis obviously, and present time and dose dependence. Conclusion： Resveratrol could obviously promote apoptosis of human cervical carcinoma Hela cells. |
