神经肌肉电刺激联合运动治疗对于臂丛神经损伤患者生活质量的影响

目的评价神经肌肉电刺激联合运动治疗对于臂丛神经损伤患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2011年5月至2013年6月我院收治的臂丛神经损伤患者77例,随机分为两组,其中观察组39例使用神经肌肉电刺激联合运动疗法治疗,对照组38例仅使用运动疗法治疗,4个月后,观察并比较两组患者臂丛神经损伤恢复情况与患者上肢自主生活能力评定。结果观察组臂丛神经损伤恢复情况明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组上肢自主生活能力优良率(89.7%)高于对照组的68.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经肌肉电刺激联合运动治疗能明显促进患者臂丛神经功能的恢复,提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床上予以推广。

Effect of Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation Combined with Exercise Therapy on the Quality of Life of Patients with Brachial Plexus Injury

Objective To evaluate the effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with exercise therapy on the quality of life of patients with brachial plexus injury. Methods 77 patients with brachial plexus injury in our hospital from May 2011 to June 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. 39 cases of observation group received neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with exercise therapy, while 38 cases of control group received exercise therapy only. The recovery situations of brachial plexus injury and upper independent living abilities of two groups were observed and compared. Results The recovery situation of brachial plexus injury of observation group was significantly better than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. The excellence and good rate of upper independent living ability of observation group was 89.7%, significantly higher than 68.4% of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with exercise therapy can significantly improve the recovery of patients with brachial plexus injury and improve patients＇ quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
