| 摘 要： | 目的报道一家系3例染色体t（9；15）平衡易位，分析其细胞遗传学特点。方法采用外周血淋巴细胞培养技术，对一家系7人进行常规G显带核型分析。结果一家两代人中有3例染色体同为t（9；15）平衡易位。结论平衡易位是导致不良孕产史的重要原因。应做好遗传咨询指导，对不良孕产史患者进行染色体检查。

| Abstract: | Objective： To report 3 cases of chromosome t（9;15）balanced translocation in a family and analysis cytogenetic characteristics. Methods： Chromosomes of 7 person in a family were tested by routine G-banding technique. Results： In the family, there are 3 cases with same balanced translocations t（9;15）. Conclusion： The balanced translocation is an important factor of badness pregnancy. Genetic counseling should be prepared for adverse pregnancy in patients with history of chromosome examination. |
