小儿呼吸系统感染后肺炎支原体抗体检测的作用

摘    要:目的 研究探讨小儿呼吸系统感染后肺炎支原体抗体检测的临床作用与应用价值.方法 选择我院收治的发生呼吸系统感染的患儿356例作为研究对象,回顾性分析患者的临床基本资料,采用被动凝集法检测对患儿进行肺炎支原体抗体的检测.结果 对356例呼吸系统感染的患儿进行肺炎支原体抗体的检测,共检出阳性患儿139例,检测阳性率为39.04%;其中男性患儿的阳性检测率为32.14%,女性患儿的阳性检测率为45.21%,女性患儿的阳性检测率显著高于男性患儿,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05).对不同年龄段的患儿检测结果进行比较可见,6岁以上患儿的阳性检测率最高,1岁以下的患儿阳性检测率最低.结论 小儿呼吸系统感染中,肺炎支原体的感染率比较高.在患病早期对患者进行肺炎支原体抗体的检测,能为临床的诊断与治疗提供指导.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effects and application value of detection of mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody in chlidren with respiratory infection. Methods 356 cases of children with respiratory infections treated in our hospital were selected as objects, their clinical materials were retrospectively analyzed. The mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody of all patients were detected by passive agglutination. Results Antibody positive patients were found in 39.04% (139/359) of all children. The positive rate of male children and female children were found in 32.14% (54/168) and 45.21% (85/188) respectively of all children, with statistical difference (P〈0.05). The positive rate was highest in children over 6 years old, lowest in children under 1 year. Conclusions Mycoplasma pneumoniae has high infection rate in children with respiratory infection. The detection ofmycoplasma pneumoniae antibody in early period can provide guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment of pediatric respiratory infection.
