体位管理预防髋关节置换术后假体脱位的临床效果观察

目的观察体位管理预防髋关节置换术后假体脱位的临床护理效果。方法选取我院行髋关节置换术患者64例,随机分为两组各32例,对照组给予健康教育,观察组在健康教育的基础上给予有针对性的体位管理,对比观察两组患者遵医行为、防假体脱位相关知识的掌握情况、髋关节功能情况以及假体脱位的发生率等。结果观察组患者遵医行为、防假体脱位知识评分、髋关节功能评分及假体脱位的发生率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论髋关节置换术后给予有针对性的体位管理护理干预,可有效避免术后假体脱位的发生,促进患者髋关节功能的恢复,提高其生活质量,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Effect of Body Position Management for the Prevention of Prosthetic Dislocation After Hip Replacement Surgery

Objective To observe the clinical effect of body position management for the prevention of prosthetic dislocation after hip replacement surgery. Methods 64 patients with hip replacement surgery in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 32 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given health education, while patients in the observation group were given targeted body position management on the basis of health education. Patients＇ compliance behavior, knowledge of anti-dislocation of prosthesis, hip function and incidence of prosthetic dislocation were observed and compared between two groups. Results The patients＇ compliance behavior, score of anti-dislocation knowledge, hip function score of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence of prosthetic dislocation of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Targeted body position management after hip replacement surgery can effectively avoid the occurrence of postoperative prosthetic dislocation, promote the recovery of hip function and improve patients＇ quality of life, which has high clinical value.
