人性化护理应用于小儿心内科护理的效果评价

目的 分析人性化护理应用于小儿心内科的效果.方法 选取2013年2月到2014年2月期间本院收治的96例小儿心内科患儿为研究对象,按照不同的护理方法将患儿分为观察组与对照组各48例.对照组患儿采取常规护理,观察组患儿实施人性化护理,比较分析两组患儿的护理效果.结果 观察组患者护理满意率明显高于对照组,投诉率、差错率明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组患者舒适程度、健康知识掌握程度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 在小儿心内科护理中应用人性化护理,有利于降低护理差错率,提高护理质量水平,提高患者对护理的满意程度,值得临床推广应用.

Effect Evaluation of Humanized Nursing on Children from Pediatric Cardiology Department

Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing on children from pediatric cardiology department. Methods 96 cases of patients with pediatric cardiology disease treated in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 were selected and randomly divided into observation group （48 cases） and control group （48 cases） according to different methods of nursing care. The control group was given conventional nursing, while the observation group was given humanized nursing. The nursing effects of two groups were analyzed. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the complaint rate and the error rate of the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group, with statistical significant difference （P 〈0.05）. The comfortable degree and mastering degree of health knowledge of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, with statistical significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The application of humanized nursing in pediatric cardiology is beneficial to reduce nursing error rate, improve nursing quality and patients＇ satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
