| 摘 要： | 美沙酮维持治疗效果与其依从性密切相关,但是目前研究中对于治疗依从性指标的选取各有不同,导致依从性比较标准不一,差异性较大。本文结合文献与工作体会,分析认为受治者服药率及尿检参与率等指标在反眏受治者依从性上有更好的代表性,而且在现有的MMT系统数据中选取观察指标具有客观、真实、准确、方便的特点,对判断受治者治疗效果与转归可能有一定的预测价值。 |

| Abstract: | The effect of Methadone Maintenance Treatment（ MMT） is closely related to its compliance. However,the current studies have chosen different indicators on treatment compliance,which leading to the result of significantly diverse standards of compliance comparison. By all accounts,the researchers in this study chose the indicators of the governed treatment participation rate and controlled urine test participation rate as the‘golden standard＇for having shown a better effectiveness from previous research and work experience. Furthermore,it＇s more objective,authentic,accurate and convenient by extracting data from the existing MMT system,which is also probably valuable for judging therapeutic effect and prognosis. |
