甲基泼尼松龙对儿童重症喘息性支气管炎的治疗效果观察

目的 探讨甲基泼尼松龙治疗小儿重症喘息性支气管炎的临床疗效.方法 选择我院2009年10月至2013年10月期间收治的112例小儿重症喘息性支气管炎患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组各56例.对照组的患者应用硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂吸入治疗,实验组的患者在硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂吸入治疗的基础上口服甲基泼尼松龙进行治疗,对比分析两组的治疗效果.结果 经过2个月的治疗,两组患者的重症喘息性支气管炎症状及肺功能均有所改善,但实验组患者的治疗效果显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,实验组患者的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 联合应用硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂与甲基泼尼松龙治疗急性小儿重症喘息性支气管炎效果更佳,值得临床应用和推广.

Curative Effect Observation of Methylprednisone on Severe Asthmatic Bronchitis in Children

Objective To explore the clinical effect of methylprednisone on severe asthmatic bronchitis in pediatric. Methods 112 cases of children with severe asthmatic bronchitis treated in our hospital from October 2009 to October 2013 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 56 cases in each group. The control group was treated with salbutamol sulfate aerosol, while the experimental group was treated with methylprednisone combined with salbutamol sulfate aerosol. The effect of the two groups was compared. Results After 2 months of treatment, the symptoms and lung fianction of the two groups improved significantly, but the therapeutic efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, with statistical significant difference （P 〈0.05）; the incidence of adverse reactions of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, with statistical significant difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The application of salbutamol sulfate aerosol combined with methylprednisone has good effect on children with severe acute severe asthmatic bronchitis, which is worthy of promotion.
