| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨前列腺增生合并膀胱肿瘤的临床特点及治疗方法.方法 对11例老年人膀胱肿瘤合并前列腺增生症的临床资料进行分析.结果 有1O例随访,其中8例存活至今,另2例分别于术后6个月、12个月因癌转移死亡.结论 前列腺增生症合并膀胱肿瘤的治疗以手术切除为主,术后辅以卡介苗等药膀胱灌注. |

| Abstract: | ve To study the clinical characteristics and therapeutic methods for bladder tumor withprostatic hyperplasia. Methods The clinical data of 11 cases of bladder tumor with prostatic hyperplasia wereanalysed. Results 10 cases were followed up, 8 of them survive, 2 cases died of recurrence of tumor 6 months and12 months after operation. Conclusions Tumor excision was used for the disease, and supplemented with BCGirrigation postoperatively. |
