| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨椎管内肠源性囊肿的诊断和显微外科治疗。方法 通过4例的显微外科治疗体会结合文献进行讨论。结果 4例病人均通过显微外科治疗,其中2例起源于颈段的患儿行颈椎椎管成型术。结论 椎管内肠源性囊肿具有较典型的临床表现和MRI特点,显微手术加椎管成型是最理想的治疗方法。 |

| Abstract: | [Abstract] Objective To study the diagnosis and microsurgical treatment for intraspinal canal enterogenous cyst. Methods The data of 4 cases were reviewed with literature.Results 4 cases were treated with microsurgery . Canal-plasty was performed for 2 cases of them.
