摘    要:目的 为肾综合征出血热病毒感染早期诊断和中药治疗提供实验依据。方祛 将肾综合征出血热病毒(HFRSV)接种于Vero—E6细胞,培养后制成高效价病毒抗原片。应用酶免疫组化技术进行检测。采用中草药板兰根制剂体外作用病毒,比较不同浓度板兰根抗病毒的效果,培养后进行观察。结果 酶免疫组化技术对流行性出血热能早期、快速、特异性地诊断。板兰根具有杀病毒作用。结论 实验证明该法具有早期诊断、快速简便、特异敏感等优点,尤其适用于基层医疗单位推广应用。一定浓度的板兰根在体外具有杀病毒作用。

Abstract:Objective To provide experimental evidence for clinical use of some anti-virus Chinese herbal medicine and the early diagnosis of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome virus(HFRSV). Methods HFRSV were inoculated with Vero-E6 cells. After culture, the high titer virus antigenic slides were made and applied to detect the serum anti-HFRSV antibody titer by inmuno-enzymatic histochemical assay.HFRSV infected cells were treated with Radix isatidis for 7 days, then we compared the anti-virus effect of different concentration. Result Using HFRSV antigenic slides by immuno-enzymatic histochemical assay to detect anti-HFRSV has high specificity and sensitivity. It is a rapid and simple method which can be used in HFRS infection diagnosis.It is superior in early diagnosis,specificity,sensitivity and simplicity.The result showed that 1/100 Radix isatidis had viricidal effect against HFRSV. Conclusion The virus antigenic slides can be used in HFRS diagnosis. The method is suitable for basic-level hospital.It provides an experimental evidence for clinical use of some Chinese herbal medicine.
