消化性溃疡患者焦虑抑郁与幽门螺杆菌的关系

目的探讨消化性溃疡患者焦虑抑郁情绪发生与幽门螺杆菌的关系。方法采用焦虑抑郁量表对537例幽门螺杆菌阳性的消化性溃疡患者和200例幽门螺杆菌阴性的正常人进行心理状况调查,消化性溃疡患者根除幽门螺杆菌前后自身比较。结果幽门螺杆菌阳性的消化性溃疡患者中,焦虑症状检出率为48.7%,抑郁症状检出率为35.7%。消化性溃疡患者根除幽门螺杆菌前后焦虑抑郁自身对照,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消化性溃疡患者焦虑抑郁症状者显著高于正常人,根除幽门螺杆菌后其焦虑抑郁明显减轻。

Relationship between anxiety-depression and H.Pylori infection among peptic ulcer patients

Objective To explore relationship between anxiety-depression and H.Pylori infection among peptic ulcer patients.Method Five hundred and thirty-seven peptic ulcer patients with H.Pylori positive and two hundred volunteers with H.Pylori negative were assessed by General Health Questionnaire(GHQ) and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS).Peptic ulcer patients compare with themselves before and after H.Pylori eradication.Results Among the patient with peptic ulcer,anxious symptoms detection rate was 48.7% and depressive symptoms was 35.7 %.Anxiety-depression had statistical significance compare with peptic ulcer patients before and after eradication H.Pylori(P<0.05).Conclusions The anxiety-depression symptoms of peptic ulcer patients were obvious higher than health adult,after H.pylori eradication,the symptoms of anxiety and depression lightened significantly.
