| 摘 要： | 对110例行断指再植手术病人行完善的术前准备及术后观察护理并及时进行早期一系列功能锻炼和康复指导,结果94例成功,16例失败;87例功能恢复良好,23例功能恢复不佳。提示断指再植术前、术后积极有效的护理观察和护理干预以及术后计划性、系统性的康复,是提高断指再植术成功和最大限度恢复再植指功能的关键。

| Abstract: | 110 patients on regular replanlation of amputated finger for improving preoperative preparation and postoperative care and timely guidance for the early series of functional training and rehabilitation,successful results of 94 cases,16 cases failed.and 87 cases of good functional recovery,poor functional recovery of 23 cases.suggested finger preoperative,postoperative active,effective intervention and after nursing and care plan,a systematic rehabilitation.Success is to enhance replanlation of amputated finger and the key to maximizing functional restoration replantation. |
