甘糖酯对糖尿病大鼠肾小球基底膜阴离子位点的影响

摘    要:
目的 :观察甘糖酯对糖尿病大鼠尿蛋白排泄和肾小球基底膜阴离子位点的影响。方法 :糖尿病大鼠用甘糖酯处理 3周后 ,肾皮质小块浸泡于多聚亚胺溶液 ,用电子显微镜定量研究基底膜阴离子位点。结果 :与对照组大鼠相比 ,糖尿病大鼠尿蛋白排泄量明显增加 ,肾小球基底膜阴离子位点明显减少 ;甘糖酯处理使糖尿病大鼠尿蛋白排泄量显著减少 ,使基底膜阴离子位点明显增加。结论 :甘糖酯能明显改善糖尿病大鼠肾小球电荷屏障功能 ,降低肾小球毛细血管壁的通透性

Abstract:
Objective:To study the effect of proglylene glucol mannate sulfate (PGMS) on urinary protein excretion and anionic sites in glomerular basement membrane (GBM) in streptozotocin induced diabetic rats.Methods:After induction of diabetes,the rats were treated with PGMS (100 mg/kg·day) for 3 weeks.The pieces of renal cortex were immersed in polyethyleneimine solution and anionic sites in GBM were quantitatively evaluated by electron microscope.Results:Urinary protein excretion markedly increased and anionic sites in GBM significantly decreased in diabetic rats,compared with control animals.In PGMS treated diabetic rats,urinary protein excretion decreased and anionic sites in GBM obviously increased.Conclusion:PGMS can improve glomerular charge barrier and reduce permeability of glomerular capillary wall.
