| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨联合应用降压药治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压临床疗效。方法：采取随机分组平行分组对照方法，将患者分为两组，A组29例，单用硝苯地平缓释片40mg／d；B组29例，硝苯地平缓释片20mg／d＋缬沙坦（血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻滞剂，ARB）80mg／d。结果：治疗8周后，B组收缩压（SBP）（130mmHg和舒张压（DBP）80mmHg，达标率分别为68．96％和93．10％，较A组明显增高（P〈0．05），不良反应少（P〈O．05）。结论：钙拮抗剂联合ARB治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压疗效理想，且不良反应低。
