阿立哌唑与齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症的比较研究

目的：比较阿立哌唑与齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效和安全性。方法：将60例符合精神分裂症诊断的患者随机分为两组各30例,分别给予阿立哌唑和齐拉西酮治疗8周。采用阳性症状与阴性症状量表（PANSS）评定临床疗效,不良反应症状量表（TESS）评定不良反应。结果：阿立哌唑组和齐拉西酮组治疗8周后的疗效无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。阿立哌唑组的副反应发生率低于齐拉西酮组,但无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。阿立哌唑组锥体外系副反应发生率均明显高于齐拉西酮组,齐拉西酮组出现恶心呕吐、头痛、头昏、晕厥及嗜睡的比例明显高于阿立哌唑组。但两药引起的副反应一般为轻度或中度,患者耐受性较好。结论：阿立哌唑与齐拉西酮对精神分裂症的疗效基本相同,但药物副作用有明显不同。

A comparative study of Aripiprazole and Ziprasidone in the treatment of schizophrenia

Objective：To compare efficacy and safety of Aripiprazole and Ziprasidone in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods：60 patients with schizophrenia were randomly into two groups, treated with Aripiprazole or Ziprasidone for 8 weeks. The Positive and Negative Symptom Scale （PANSS） and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale（TESS） were used to evaluate efficacy and adverse effect respectively. Results：There was no significent difference between the Aripiprazole group and the Ziprasidone group after eight weeks （ P 〉0.05 ）. Incidence of adverse effects in the Aripiprasole group was lower than that in the Ziprasidone group, but the difference was not significant（ P 〉 0.05 ）. The rates of extrapyramidal symptoms in the Aripiprazole group were significantly higher than those in the Ziprasidonegroup. The rates of nausea, vomit, headache, dizzy, drowsiness in the Ziprasidone group were significantly higher than those in the Aripiprazole group. But these side effects were not serious,and patients often had good tolerance for them. Conclusion：Effect of Aripiprazole and Ziprasidone in the treatment of schizophrenia is basically the same, but the side effects of the drug are significantly different.
