奥氮平与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的对照研究

目的：探讨利培酮和奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效与安全性。方法：将80例精神分裂症住院患者随机分成两组各40例,分别给予奥氮平和利培酮治疗,疗程8周。采用阳性与阴性症状量表（Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale,PANSS）、临床疗效总评量表（Clini-cal Global Impression：Severity of Illness,CGI-SI）和不良反应症状量表（Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale,TESS）评定疗效和不良反应。结果：奥氮平组有效率87.5%,利培酮组有效率82.5%,两组疗效相当,无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。两组不良反应发生率低,奥氮平组低于利培酮组,但差异无显著性（χ2=3.27,P〉0.05）。奥氮平主要不良反应是嗜睡、体质量增加,利培酮主要不良反应是锥外系反应、失眠、体质量增加、泌乳、闭经等。结论：奥氮平与利培酮治疗精神分裂症患者疗效相当,奥氮平不良反应较轻、安全性好。

A comparative study of Olanzapine and Risperidone in treatment of schizophrenia

Objective：To explore the curative effects and safety of Olanzapine and Risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods： 80 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into Olanzapine treatment group and Risperidone treatment group, treatment for 8 weeks. PANSS, CG1 - SI and TESS were used to assess the efficacy and side effect. Results：The effective rate of Olanzapine group was 87.5% and that of Risperidone group was 82.5 %. Two groups of curative effects were same, there were no statistics differences （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Two groups of the side effects were low. The common side effects of Olanzapine were hypersomnia and body mass increases, the common side effects of Risperidone were extrapyramidal symptoms （ EPS）, insomnia,body mass increases,lactation and amenorrhea. Conclusion：Curative effects of Olanzapine are similar to Risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia. Olanzapine is an effective and safe drug in the treatment of schizophrenia,but the side effects of Olanzapine are mild.
