| 摘 要： | 碱性成纤维细胞生长因子是一种对神经细胞的生长、发育、分化及再生起重要调节作用的蛋白质,对脊髓损伤的修复具有重要作用。本文就碱性成纤维细胞生长因子在脊髓损伤中的作用机制予以综述。

| Abstract: | Basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) is a kind of protein which shows significant function in both the neuro-cellular growth,development,differentiation,regeneration and the rehabilitation for spinal cord injury as well.We hereby review the function and mechanism of bFGF in spinal cord injury. |
