| 摘 要： | 目的:观察川芎嗪注射液结合动力髁螺钉治疗股骨髁上骨不连的疗效。方法:股骨髁上骨不连73例患者随机分为对照组36例,治疗组37例,两组均应用动力髁螺钉治疗,治疗组加用川芎嗪注射液治疗;进行治疗后的疗效评价,记录骨不连愈合时间和测定疼痛指数。结果:加用川芎嗪注射液的治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:川芎嗪注射液结合动力髁螺钉治疗股骨髁上骨不连可提高疗效。

The Clinical Observation of treating Supracondylar Femoral Nonunion with Dynamic Ccondylar Screw and Ligustrazine Injection |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effectiveness of treating supracondylar femoral nonunion with dynamic condylar screw and ligustrazine injection.Method:73 patients with femoral supracondylar fracture were divied into to two groups randomly: the control group(36 cases) and the treatment group(37 cases).The two groups were both treated with dynamic condylar screw,and the treatment grouped were traeted with ligustrazine injection beside the bacical treatment.The effectiveness was followed up.Otherwise,the fracture healing time,the function evaluation and pain index were detected.Result:Compared with the control group,the results of effect in the treatmentgroup was better than that of control group.Conclusion: Dynamic condylar screw combined with ligustrazine injection could improve efficacy of supracondylar femoral nonunion. |
