喜炎平与炎琥宁治疗病毒性肺炎的成本-效果分析

目的探讨应用喜炎平和炎琥宁治疗病毒性肺炎的疗效、不良反应及成本-效果。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2011年6月医院病毒性肺炎患者86例,随机分为两组,分别用喜炎平和炎琥宁治疗。确定两组患者的成本并分析成本效果。结果两组患者总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);获得1个单位效果情况下,炎琥宁组的成本小于喜炎平组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论炎琥宁静脉滴注方案的临床效果显著,且成本较低。

Cost-Effectiveness Analysis on Xiyanping Injection and Yanhuning Injection For Treating Viral Pneumonia

Objective To investigate the cost-effectiveness of Xiyanping Injection and Yanhuning Injection for treating viral pneumonia.Methods By adopting the retrospective analysis,86 patients with viral pneumonia from January 2010 to June 2011 were selected and divided into two groups,the Xiyanping group and the Yanhuning group.The treatment costs were determined and the cost-effectiveness was analyzed in the two groups.Results The total effective rates showed no statistical difference between the two groups（P 〉 0.05）.In the condition of obtaining 1 unit of effect,the cost in the Yanhuning group was less than that in the Xiyanping group with statistical difference between them（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of Yanhuning intravenous drip regimen is remarkable with small cost.
