| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中药注射剂药品不良反应(ADR)的发生特点及规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性方法,对医院2009年5月至2011年10月报道的114份中药注射剂药品不良反应报告表进行统计分析。结果 114例药品不良反应报告中,60岁及以上年龄组发生不良反应居首位,共56例;不良反应的临床表现以神经系统损害最多;不良反应药物以银杏达莫最多。结论临床应慎用中药注射剂,加强对中药注射剂药品不良反应的监测,提高合理用药水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reaction（ADR） of the traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） injections to provide reference for reasonable drug use in clinic. Methods A hundred and seventeen cases of ADR report of the TCM injections in our hospital from May 2009 to October 2011 were performed the statistical analysis by the retrospectively method. Results Among 114 cases of ADR reports, the age group of over 60 years old occupied the top place in the occurrence of ADR and 56 cases were in this age group. The clinical manifestations of ADR were mainly nervous system injury. The medicine of ADR was dominated by Ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole. Conclusion The TCM injections should be used with extreme caution in clinic. The ADR monitoring of TCM injections should be enhanced in order to increase the level of rational drug use. |
