散结化瘀胶囊提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的优选中药散结化瘀胶囊的提取工艺。方法采用L9(34))正交试验,以丹酚酸B为指标对散结化瘀胶囊的提取工艺进行优选。结果散结化瘀胶囊的最佳提取工艺为加水12倍量,提取3次,每次1.5 h。结论优选得到的提取工艺合理、操作可行、质量可控。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Sanjiehuayu Capsule. Methods With salvianolic L9(34) orthogonal test was adopted for optimizing the extraction technology of Sanjiehuayu Capsule. Results technology for Sanjiehuayu Capsule was as follows: adding 12 times amount of water, decocting for three time. Conclusion The optimized extraction technology is rational with feasible operating and controllable quality acid B as the index,the The optimized extraction times with 1.5 h each
