高效液相色谱法测定复方替硝唑氯己定含漱液中醋酸氯己定含量

目的 建立测定复方替硝唑含漱液中醋酸氯己定含量的高效液相色谱法.方法 采用美国Agilent 1260型高效液相色谱仪,流动相为三乙胺缓冲液(0.05 mol/L,用磷酸调pH至3.5)-乙腈-甲醇(42:13:45),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为259 nnl.结果 醋酸氯己定在该条件下实现基线分离,质量浓度线性范围为10.4～82.9μg/mL(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为103.25%,RSD=0.32%(n=6).结论 所用方法简便快速、结果准确可靠,可作为复方替硝唑氯已定含漱液的质量控制方法.

Determination of the Contents of Chlorhexidine Acetate in Compound Tinidazole Chlorhexidine Acetate Gargle by HPLC

Objective To establish a method for determining the contents of chlorhexidine acetate in Compound Tinidazole Chlorhexidine Acetate Gargle by HPLC.Methods The US Agilent 1260 HPLC instrument was adopted and triethylamine buffer solution（adjusting pH to 3.5 with phosphoric acid）-acetonitrile-ethanol（42：13：45） was used as the mobile phase with the flow velocity of 1.0 mL/min and the detective wavelength of 259 nm.Results Under this condition,the baseline of chlorhexidine acetate was separated with the linear range of 10.4-82.9 μg/mL（r=0.999 9）.The recovery rate was 103.25%（RSD=0.32%）.Conclusion This method is simple,rapid,accurate,reliable and suitable for the quality control of Compound Tinidazole Chlorhexidine Acetate Gargle.
