Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with team-based learning(TBL)teaching method in dermatology nursing teaching of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods 60 nursing internships from July 2018 to July 2019 in the dermatology department of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in our hospital were selected as observation objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given TBL teaching method,while the observation group was given PBL teaching method on the basis of the control group.The theoretical knowledge,practical skills,and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of case analysis,knowledge expansion and overall scores,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical operation level,knowledge level grasping level and total score in the clinical operation level of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 93.3%,which was significantly higher than 60.0%of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of PBL and TBL teaching methods can significantly improve the basic knowledge level and clinical skills of nursing students,improve their learning interest,and it is worth to be promoted and applied in nursing teaching practice.
