基于魄门亦为五脏使理论的痛泻要方治疗胆囊切除术后慢性泄泻的临床研究

目的探析痛泻要方加味治疗胆囊切除术后慢性泄泻的疗效。方法选取108例经胆囊切除术后出现慢性泄泻的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组54例;对照组给予常规蒙脱石散及复方乳酸菌片干预,治疗组在对照组基础上进行中药治疗,以痛泻要方为基础方进行加减化裁。2组均以14 d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程,治疗3个月后随访观察大便次数及腹痛变化情况。结果在疗效方面,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床症状疗效以及证候积分比较,治疗组的大便次数和腹痛临床症状疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的大便次数、大便性质、腹痛证候积分在治疗后均有所改善,且优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论痛泻要方加味治疗胆囊切除后慢性泄泻患者取得不错的疗效,可在临床推广。

Clinical Study on Tongxie Yaofang in Treating Chronic Diarrheaafter Cholecystectomy on the Basis of the Theory of the Function of the Anus Is Closely Related to the Five Zang Viscera

Objective To observe the curative effect of modified Tongxie Yaofang in treating chronic diarrhea after cholecystectomy on the basis of the theory of“the function of the anus is closely related to the five zang viscera”.Methods 108 patients with diarrhea after cholecystectomy were selected and divided into treatment group and control group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional montmorillonite powder and compound lactic acid bacteria tablets,and the observation group was treated with modified Tongxie Yaofang.Both groups took 14 days as a course of treatment and 2 courses of treatment.After 3 months of treatment,the number of stools and changes in abdominal pain were followed up.Results In terms of curative effect,the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the clinical symptom efficacy and syndrome score,the number of stools and the clinical symptom efficacy of abdominal pain in the treatment group were better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The number of stools,the nature of stools and the score of abdominal pain syndrome in the treatment group were improved after treatment,and were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Tongxie Yaofang has a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of patients with chronic diarrhea after cholecystectomy and can be promoted in clinic.
