| 摘 要： | 糖尿病是以血糖升高为主要特征的慢性代谢性疾病.在“医养结合”的新时代下,中医健康管理已深入人心.中医健康状态辨识理念的提出,为糖尿病的中医健康管理提供新思路、新方法.从整体上动态把握糖尿病患者的健康状态,给予个性化干预方案,并对疗效进行动态评价,体现“整体、动态、个性”的中医健康管理模式,值得临床推广应用. |

| Abstract: | Diabetes is a chronic metabolic disease characterized by hyperglycemia.In the new era of“combination of medical treatment and maintenance”,health management of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has been deeply rooted among the people.The concept of TCM health status identification provides new ideas and methods for TCM management of diabetes.The authors should grasp the health status of diabetic patients dynamically,give individualized intervention plan,and evaluate the curative effect dynamically,so as to embody the TCM health management mode of“holistic,dynamic and individualized”,which is worthy of clinical application. |
