Effect of continuous nursing combined with intensive respiratory function exercise on lung function and quality of life of children with bronchial asthma

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing combined with intensive respiratory function exercise on lung function and quality of life of children with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 56 children with bronchial asthma admitted to the pediatrics department of our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the children were randomly divided into control group(28 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(28 cases,continuous nursing+intensive respiratory function exercise).The asthma control effect,lung function indexes,quality of life and satisfaction degree of the family members were compared between the two groups.Results The total control rate of asthma in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,FEV1,PEF,FVC and PAQLQ scores in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the family members in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing combined with intensive respiratory function exercise can effectively control asthmain children with bronchial asthma,improve lung function and children's quality of life and family satisfaction.
