The Application of Kuntai Capsule Combined with Leuprorelin Acetate in the Treatment of Chocolate Cyst of Ovary after Operation

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of leuprorelin acetate combined with Kuntai capsule in the treatment of ovarian chocolate cyst after operation.Methods 92 patients with ovarian chocolate cyst were randomly divided into two groups from June 2017 to may 2018.The control group was treated with leuprorelin acetate.The observation group was treated with leuprorelin acetate and Kuntai capsule.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the level of estrogen in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in symptom relief rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 year follow-up,the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Leuprorelin acetate combined with Kuntai capsule can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with ovarian chocolate cyst.It can reduce the recurrence rate,and it’s safe.It can be widely used in clinic.
