| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the clinical effect of invigorating qi and activating blood method combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis.Methods 60 patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to November 2020 were selected,and were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the traditional Chinese medicine group received invigorating qi and activating blood method combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion.Western medicine group patients received conventional treatment.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than that of Western medicine group(76.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of TCM group was better than that of western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in TCM group was lower than that in Western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis,the invigorating qi and activating blood method combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion can achieve satisfactory results.Compared with western medicine treatment,the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has a more satisfactory effect and promotes the improvement of patients’symptoms.The incidence of adverse reactions after treatment is low,which is a scientific and effective treatment plan. |
