| 摘 要： | 目的探讨女性尿道综合征(FUS)的治疗方法及效果。方法70例FUS分为药物治疗组(24例),手术治疗组(18例),手术药物联合治疗组(28例)。以尿道综合征症状评分(FUSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)为疗效指标评价三种方法的治疗效果。结果手术药物联合治疗组患者治疗后的FUSS及QOL均显著低于其他两组(<0.05)。结论手术药物联合治疗的效果优于单纯药物或单纯手术治疗。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy of different methods for treatment of female urethral syndrome(FUS).Methods Seventy patients with FUS were divided into groups of drug treatment(n=24),oper-ation(n=18)and combined drug with operation(n=28).The efficacy was evaluated by female urethral syndrome score(FUSS)and quality of life(QOL).Results The FUSS and QOL of post-therapy in group of combined drug with operation were significantly lower than those of the other two groups.Conclusion The efficacy of combined drug with operation in treatment of FUS is better than drug or operation only. |
