| 摘 要： | 白癜风是一种以后天性皮肤粘膜局限性或泛发性色素脱失斑为症状的常见疾病。对白癜风的病因及发病机制如今尚未阐述清楚,目前,大量临床表明某些微量元素的过量或缺乏与白癜风的发病直接或间接相关。基于大量文献对近年来白癜风与微量元素相关性研究作一综述。 |

| Abstract: | Vitiligo is a common ailment characterized by acquired localized or generalized depigmentation patches.The cause and pathogenesis of this disease has not been explained clear yet.However,it shows that excessive or deficient amount of certain trace elements can directly or indirectly induce vitiligo.Based on numerous papers,this review gives a summary for recent research progress on relationship between trace elements and vitiligo. |
