| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨具有胃窦壁增厚CT征象的疾病诊断及鉴别诊断。方法:回顾性研究119例胃窦壁增厚患者的CT征象,并进行对比及总结。结果:119例患者中胃窦癌69例,胃窦炎22例,胃窦部良性溃疡5例,淋巴瘤2例,转移癌1例,正常20例。结论:MSCT作为胃肠道检查的一种补充检查,具有很强的实用价值,不仅可以鉴别不同疾病引起的胃窦增厚征象,且能对胃窦癌进行临床分期及评估,有助于临床制定合理的治疗方案。 |

Analysis of Thicken Gastic Atrum with Multislice Spiral Computed Tomography |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the CT manifestations and diagnostic values of thicken gnstric atrum. Methods 119 cases having thicken gastic atrum in MSCT scanning were selected and carried on a retrospective analysis. Results Of 119 cases,69（63.9% ）cases have gastic atrum carcinoma,22 cases have gastric inflammation, 5 cases have gastric ulcers,2 case have gastric lymphoma and 20 cases were normal. Conclusion CT is very useful in detecting and assessing thicken gastric atrum, which is very helpful for making rational therapy plan. |
