试论取象比类法在中医皮肤科的应用

Discussion on Application of Analogism in Dermatology of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Among the ways of thinking and methodology of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),analogizing from similarity of the appearances of diseases and natural phenomenon,is one of the common methods.Analogism of TCM is employed based on syncretism of nature and human beings,via 'Xiang-shu' system,to obtain various kinds of phenomenological ideas and models by realization.This article briefly introduced the positive values of TCM analogism on naming system,pathogenesis and formulation of dermatoses,thereby enabling us to comprehend and master more accurately the essential thinking patterns in ancient literatures of TCM,which would be beneficial to the application and innovation of clinical practice of TCM dermatology.
