摘 要: | 摘 要 目的:优化中药祛白颗粒的水提工艺。 方法: 采用正交试验法,对影响水提工艺的因素加水倍数、浸泡时间、提取时间及提取次数进行考察,以干浸膏得率及阿魏酸含量为考察指标。结果: 最佳提取工艺为:A2B1C2D2,即加入10倍水,无需提前浸泡,提取2次,每次2 h。 结论:该工艺简便、稳定,重复性好,可为大生产提供依据。

Study on Water Extraction Process of Traditional Chinese Medicine Qubai Granule by Orthogonal Test |

Abstract: | ABSTRACT Objective: To optimize the water extraction process of traditional Chinese medicine (TMC) Qubai granule. Methods: The orthogonal test was used to study four influencing factors including water amount, soaking time, extraction time and extraction times with dry extract yielding rate and the content of ferulic acid as the evaluation indices. Results:The optimum extraction process was as follows: A2B1C2D2, namely adding 10 fold amount of water, without soaking in advance, extracting twice with 2 h for each time. Conclusion:The process is simple, stable and reproducible, which provides basis for the industrial production. |
