加强纤维复合树脂桩核修复牙体缺损的临床应用

目的 利用加强纤维复合树脂桩核修复牙体严重缺损.方法 选择68例93颗牙体严重缺损的患牙,使用加强纤维复合物制成的根管桩核,然后以金属烤瓷全冠修复牙体缺损;患者在治疗完成后3、6、12个月复诊,观察修复效果.结果 1年中有3例3颗患牙失访,在68例93颗复查的患者中,92颗患牙修复体稳固无松动,咬合功能恢复良好;仅有1颗患牙的修复体松动,但桩核稳固无松动,重新修复后效果良好;所有的修复患牙均未发生牙折,临床修复效果满意.结论 加强纤维复合树脂桩核的强度高,色泽好,操作方便,可作为根管桩核材料在临床应用.

Clinical application of reinforced fiber composite resin dowels in the restoration of dental defects

Objective To restore serious dental defects using reinforced fiber composite resin dowel cores. Methods Ninty - three teeth with serious defects in 68 patients were selected. The dental defects were restored first by use of root canal dowel cores made from reinforced fiber composite and then by use of porcelain - fused - to - metal total crown. The patients were followed up at 3, 6 and 12 months after treatment. Results At one year, three cases/three teeth lost follow - up. Of the remaining 68 cases/93 teeth, the restored part of 92 teeth were steady without looseness and the occlusive function is well restored. The restored part of one tooth became loose but the dowel core was steady without looseness and good result is obtained after a second restoration; None of the restored teeth broke and the clinical outcome is satisfactory. Conchmion Reinforced Fiber Composite Resin Dowel Cores have the advantage of high strength and good color, they are easy to operate and can be used clinically as root canal dowel cores.
